Dustin Boll was announced as an assistant coach of the Men's basketball team on July 18, 2017. Boll joins the Beavers after spending the last two seasons as a graduate assistant for the Winona State University Men's Basketball Program. During his first season with the Warriors, they advanced to the 2015-2016 NSIC Tournament Semifinals. WSU averaged 13.5 wins, 10.5 in NSIC play, throughout his two years there. 

Boll started his coaching career during the 2014-15 season as an assistant coach and coordinator of strength and conditioning at Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wis. At Viterbo he was responsible for some recruiting, organizing and implementing team practicing, designing and presenting scouting reports, video exchange, and individual player development. 

In addition to his duties on coaching staffs, Boll is also active on the summer camp circuit, having worked as a camp coach at numerous camps including Syracuse University, North Dakota State Universiy, Iowa State University, Marquette University and Duke University. In addition to camps, he has alos coached on the grassroots circuit witht the Minnesota Heat and Wisconsin Playmakers basketball organizations.

Boll earned his bachelor's degree in exercise science and sport science with a minor in nutrition from the Univeristy of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2014. He also served as a student assistant coahc at UW-L in 2013-14 where he assisted in recruiting, film editing and scouting report design. He finished his master's degree in leadership education and sports management from Winona State in 2017.
