On Dec. 8 2010 Bemidji State University Director of Athletics Dr. Rick Goeb today announced the hiring of Beth Campus as head coach of the BSU tennis program, while the university has added Lindsey Luberda on as an assistant coach.

In her only season on the BSU tennis team, Luberda quickly solidified herself as one of the Beavers’ top players.  She settled into the No. 2 singles spot for each of Bemidji State’s 16 matches (4-12) and was the constant of the team’s No. 1 doubles pair (3-13). 

“Lindsey was a recent member of the Bemidji State tennis team so she is very familiar with the program, the team, the conference and collegiate tennis, so that will help in the transition process,” added Goeb. “I think Beth and Lindsey make a very good coaching combination.”

Pursuing a bachelor of fine arts and bachelor of science in business administration, she expects to graduate from BSU in May of 2011.
