Dan Bennett is in his sixth year at Bemidji State but currently in his first year as a Games Management graduate assistant. He is responsible for setting up, tearing down and staffing all BSU athletic related events, including all 17 intercollegiate sports. He also oversees the intermission games at each athletic event, while coordinating the public address announcers and compiling scripts for the games. Bennett played baseball for four years in the green and white under head coach
Tim Bellew, who now serves as his supervisor.
During his last year as an undergrad, he assisted with games management and started 30 out of the 32 games played, serving as the team’s catcher. He spent the last summer in Bemidji where he was on the grounds crew at the BSU baseball field.
Bennett is a 2010 graduate of BSU and obtained a degree in technology education with a coaching specialty. He graduated from Hayfield High School in 2005.
