Cold temperatures end BSU’s spring trip early

EMPORIA, Kan. -- Due to forecasted cold temperatures in Emporia, Kan., today’s scheduled nine inning game between Bemidji State University and No. 13 Emporia State University has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled.

The Beavers (7-11; 0-0 NSIC) will return to the field on March 21-22 when they open the conference portion of their schedule with a four game series at Wayne State College in Wayne, Neb. The first pitch for both double headers is set for 12 p.m. from Pete Chapman Complex.

Bemidji State University, located in Bemidji, Minn., is an NCAA Division II institution and a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
