BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference four-game series between Bemidji State University and University of Mary has been moved back a day to April 6-7 due to field conditions in Bismarck, N.D. Also, the Beavers’ nine-inning nonconference finale at North Dakota State University originally scheduled for April 7 is now set April 8.
A doubleheader at U-Mary Sunday is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., while the Monday double dip is slated to start at 12 p.m. The Beavers are now set to battle North Dakota State in a single, nine-inning game Tuesday at 2 p.m.
The Beavers (8-9, 2-2 NSIC) are coming off an NSIC road split at Augustana College April 2, losing game one 5-2 in eight innings and winning game two 4-3. U-Mary (7-17, 2-6 NSIC) also went on the road and split a league twin bill Wednesday, downing Wayne State College 9-1 before losing 12-4.
