BEMIDJI, Minn. – The start time for Bemidji State University baseball team’s Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference doubleheader Saturday, April 12 versus visiting Winona State University has been moved up an hour to 12 p.m. With rain in the forecast, the teams thought a time change would help get the twin bill in at the BSU Baseball Field.
The Beavers (13-10, 7-3 NSIC) are coming off a home doubleheader sweep of NSIC-foe Wayne State College April 10. BSU won game one 2-1 and posted a 7-3 victory in game two. Winona State enters the contest 10-15 overall and 7-6 in NSIC play after splitting with Southwest Minnesota State University April 9. WSU won game one 8-5 before falling the nightcap 6-5.
