The official 2018 home opening weekend for the Bemidji State University baseball program has been pushed back one day in an effort to reach improved field conditions at BSU Baseball Field. Freshman pitcher Trevyn Wells set a team-high eight strikeouts in game two against the Golden Eagles.
Additional snow has caused the third series in a row to be cancelled for the Bemidji State University baseball team and pushed back another series scheduled for Saturday, April 14 and Sunday, April 15. A late winter has forced the Bemidji State University baseball team to travel for its second home series while facing Winona State University in Winona, Minn. The Beavers and Warriors will begin a four-game series from Loughrey Field Saturday, April 7 at 1 p.m. and finish Sunday, April 8 at 1 p.m.
