2009 (Jr): Played in nine games as a junior college transfer... Earned starts at the cornerback position three times.
    Made his BSU debut in the season-opener versus Minot State (8/27/09)... Recorded a pair of tackle assists and returned his first NCAA Division II interception 66 yards for a touchdown... Posted a career-high six tackles, which included four solo stops and a tackle for loss, versus Winona State (9/12/09)... Registered four tackles, three solo, and a pass break up versus MSU Moorhead (9/19/09).

Prior to BSU: Joined the BSU secondary after a two-year junior college career at Chabot College... Led the Gladiators with four interceptions, which included an 82-yard interception returned for a touchdown... Was named pre-season all-conference... At Bremerton High School, was a two-way player starting at both running back and cornerback... Was selected for all-conference and second-team all-state accolades as a senior... An accomplished prep track athlete, placed third in the 400-meter dash at the Washington State High School Meet... Was also a high school basketball player at Bremerton High where he was teammates with Marvin Williams who went on to start at North Carolina and now with the Atlanta Hawks.
