2013 (Sr): Will serve as a captain for the 2013 season.

2012 (Jr):
Started all 11 games at outside linebacker... Finished fifth on the team in tackles with 51 (20 solo)... Totaled 6.5 tackles for loss (tied for fourth on the team) that resulted in 39 lost yards for the opposing offense (second most on the squad)... Compiled 3.5 sacks (-24 yards) to rank second on the team in the category... Added an interception and two pass break-ups... Named to the 2012 Fall Academic All-NSIC Team... 2012 captain. 
    Recorded three or more tackles in 10 of the 11 games... Tallied a season-high eight tackles (four solo) and added a pass break-up versus Northern State (Oct. 13)... Totaled seven tackles (four solo), a tackle for loss and an interception at Minnesota Duluth (Oct. 20)... Compiled six tackles (two solo) and a pass break-up at U-Mary (Oct. 6)... Only posted three tackles at Sioux Falls (Sept. 22), but recorded a career-high two sacks (-21 yards)... The two tackles for loss against the Cougars tied a career-high.

2011 (So): Started all 11 games at linebacker... Finished fifth on the squad in tackles with 59 (24 solo)... Ranked second on the team in tackles for loss with 9.0 that pushed back the opposing offense 29 yards... Added 2.5 sacks (-16 yards) to also sit second on the team... Broke-up two passes and recovered two fumbles, returning one 12 yards, and forced a fumble... 2011 Fall Academic All-NSIC.
    Totaled a career-high 12 tackles (six solo) against Southwest Minnesota State (Sept. 17), including two tackles for loss (-6 yard) and his first-career sack (-5 yards)... Recorded 10 tackles (three solo), including a half sack (-5 yards) in an upset victory of No. 6 St. Cloud State... Finished with eight tackles (two solo), including a sack (-6 yards) that contributed to 1.5 tackles for loss (-6 yards)... Posted six tackles (one solo) and recovered a fumble he returned 12 yards (the only fumble recovery returned for positive yards for BSU in 2011) in the season opener against Minot State (Aug. 25)... Totaled four tackles, including a tackle for loss against Concordia-St. Paul (Oct. 8) and at Northern State (Oct. 29), while forcing a fumble against the Golden Bears and recovering a fumble versus the Wolves... Made a tackle in every game and posted at least three tackles in 10 contests.

2010 (Fr): Played in 10 games with two starts at linebacker in the final two games of the season... Seventh on the team in tackles with 30 (12 solo)... For his efforts was on the North Division All-NSIC Honorable Mention Team... Recorded three tackles for loss, pushing back the opposing offense a total of seven yards... His one interception resulted in a 40-yard return for his first-collegiate touchdown against Minnesota, Crookston (11/13/10)... Added a fumble recovery and a pass break-up.
    Totalled a season-high eight tackles against Upper Iowa (10/2/10)... Had seven tackles (season-best five solo), a tackle for loss and a fumble recovery in his first collegiate start at St. Cloud State (11/6/10).

2009 (RS):
Sat out entire 2009 season as a redshirt.

Prior to BSU: Selected to the Des Moines Register All-State Elite team following his junior and senior seasons... Was a three-year starter at linebacker... Lost just five games during his final three seasons at Bishop Heelan Catholic High School... Helped Sioux City Heelan to a perfect 14-0, Iowa Class 3-A championship season in 2008... As a senior, captained a defensive unit that allowed opponents seven or fewer points on nine occasions... Paced the Crusaders in tackles, sacks and tackles for loss in his final two campaigns... Piled up 90 tackles and 11 sacks as a senior, which includes a school single-game record five sacks... Has been a consistent honor-roll student throughout his high school years... A four-sport athlete as a prep... Follows his brother Wray, former BSU football graduate assistant coach to Bemidji State.
