2011 (Jr): Battled injuries to play in seven games on the offensive line.
The Bemidji State offensive line guided the No. 13 rushing attack in the nation as it averaged 241.5 yards per game and went over 300 yards on four occasions. The Beavers scored six touchdowns from the back field twice during the 2011 season and totaled 31 rushing touchdowns, which is second most by BSU since 1970 (2004 - 33). The 2,656 yards compiled by the Beavers this season set a program record for most rushing yards in a season (Since 1971). The Beaver front line also protected its quarterback better than any other offensive line in the league as it only allowed 10 (0.91 sacks allowed per game) sacks this season to rank No. 6 in the nation. On six occasions a BSU player went for more than 100 yards rushing in a game. The Beavers had 1,358 yards through the air and eight passing touchdowns.
2010 (So): Started all 11 games at right tackle.
Was a part of an offensive line that paved the way for a Beaver offense that averaged 187.1 rushing yards per game and scored 16 touchdowns on the ground... The unit opened holes for running back Dustin Kroeplin who averaged 80.2 yards per game and rushed for 200 yards against Northern State (10/30/10)... The BSU running attack went over 200 yards five times, including twice over 300 yards... Protected quarterback Derek Edholm as he averaged 144.1 yards through the air and connected with BSU wide receivers for 15 touchdowns... Was an effective piece of a Beaver squad that was second in the NSIC in red zone offense, scoring 35-of-39 (89.7%) times inside the opposition’s 20 yard line.
2009 (Fr): Made an immediate impact as a freshman starting at right tackle in all 11 of the Beavers’ 2009 contests.
Was a constant on a maturing offensive line that set the tone for an offensive unit that ranked fourth in the NSIC in scoring, averaging 33.5 points per contest, was fourth in rushing offensive gaining 189.4 yards per game and led the league in third down conversions, converting 79-of-158 (50 percent)... The BSU offensive unit led the NSIC in time of possession dominating the line of scrimmage for nearly 34:00 per game... They cleared room for eight 100-yard rushing games, including six by Dustin Kroeplin, a redshirt freshman that came just 48 yards shy of clearing the 1,000-yard plateau... The line also protected quarterback Derek Edholm who lead the league in pass efficiency completing over 61 percent of his passes, for nearly 1,700 yards, while throwing 25 touchdowns.
2008 (RS): Sat out entire season as a redshirt.
Prior to BSU: Captained the Patriots from his defensive lineman position in 2007... Garnered First Team All-Minneapolis City Conference honors.
