BEMIDJI, Minn. – Bemidji State University head men's basketball coach Patrick Smith announced today the addition of a home game to the 2005-06 schedule. Tuesday, January 24 the Beavers will host Grand Forks Air Force Base for a 7:00 p.m. showdown at the BSU Gymnasium.

The game was added due to an open date in the schedule after the cancellation of a contest versus Oak Hills Christian College early in the season.

The addition of the game brings BSU's full slate to 27 regular season games in addition to three exhibition tilts to begin the season.

The Beavers are 6-8 overall and 1-1 in NSIC play. The team is back in action this weekend as it travels to MSU-Moorhead and Northern State. The Beavers battle MSUM Friday night at the Alex Nemzek Hall while attempting to knock off No. 6 NSU Saturday at the Barnett Center. Each game is set for an 8 p.m. tip-off.
