BEMIDJI, Minn. – Both Bemidji State University men’s and women’s basketball games at Augustana College Jan. 7 will be televised live on Midcontinent Communication’s Midco Sports Network. The women’s game begins at 4 p.m. with the men following at approximately 6 p.m., on channel 26 for Midcontinent subscribers in Bemidji.
In August, Midco Sports Net agreed to broadcast 45 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference contests this season, including 36 men’s and women’s basketball games.
MidcoSN brings live sports coverage from area high schools, colleges and universities to North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. Launched in 2010 by Midcontinent Communications, MidcoSN is the only dedicated sports network in the Upper Midwest, broadcasting exclusively to nearly 225,000 cable subscribers. Coverage includes teams from NCAA Division I and II, the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) and the Summit League.
