2013-14 (Senior - Basketball):Named All-NSIC First Team... Noreen finished the 22-game league schedule with 16.0 points per game to rank 10th in the NSIC... Pulled down 6.3 rebounds per game to rank tied for 11th... Swatted away 23 shot attempts and finished tied for ninth in blocks per game (1.1 bpg)... Recorded 26.64 minutes per game to sit 25th... Compiled nine games with 20 or more points... Recorded his first-career double-double at University of Minnesota Crookston Nov. 30 with 21 points and 10 rebounds... Totaled a career-high five blocks at UMC... Second double-double came at University of Mary Jan. 24 when he totaled 16 points and a career-high 13 rebounds... In all games, Noreen posted 16.5 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. He shot 52.2 percent from the field and knocked down 36 3-pointers.

Noreen finished with 928 career points (10.0 ppg in 93 games played) and was a career 49.9 percent shooter from the field.

2012-13 (Junior - Basketball): Noreen played in 30 and started 29 games as a junior… Recorded 9.7 points per game to sit fourth on the team in scoring… Shot 47.6 percent from the field and 39.2 percent from beyond the arc… Led the team in blocks with 25, while his 17 rejections in NSIC play ranked tied for 15th… Posted 3.7 rebounds per game… Added 25 assists and 21 steals in 22.7 minutes per game… Compiled double-digit scoring efforts in 15 contests, which included a career-high 19 points in the NSIC opener versus Minnesota Crookston (Dec. 1)… Knocked down a career-high 3-pointers against the Golden Eagles on a career-high eight attempts… Scored 18 points at No. 21 Winona State (March 2) in the quarterfinals of the NSIC Tournament and hit the game-winning 3-pointer with 1:26 left in regulation…. Posted a career-high eight rebounds and a career-best three blocked shots against then-No. 22 St. Cloud State (Feb. 23).

2011-12 (Sophomore - Basketball): Noreen played in 25 contests and started the last seven games down the stretch for the Beavers to help guide the team to a NSIC Regular Season Championship, the No. 1 seed in the NSIC Tournament and an appearance in the NCAA Tournament… Averaged 5.6 points and 2.1 rebounds in 14.2 minutes per contest… Shot 49.6 percent (56-of-113) from the field as a sophomore… Averaged 7.3 points and 2.0 rebounds in the final eight games of the season…  Made a career-high six shots from the field while tallying 12 points against Concordia-St. Paul Jan. 14… Set a career mark with 15 points against MSU Moorhead Feb. 11... Was 3-of-6 from beyond the arc against the Dragons and also tied a career high with five boards… Had a career-high shooting performance as he was 4-of-5 from the charity stripe versus Minnesota State Feb. 18, as he played in a career-high 30 minutes… Notched double-figure scoring in six games.

2010-11 (Freshman - Basketball): Started seeing playing time in final eight games of the season… During that time averaged 5.5 points and 2.1 rebounds in 15.3 minutes per game… Overall he finished with 11 games played and averaged 4.5 points, 1.8 rebounds and 11.9 minutes per game… Posted a season-high 13 points in a season-high 26 minutes at Upper Iowa (Feb. 25)… Against UIU shot 5-of-6 from the field and went 3-for-4 from beyond the arc… Twice recorded a season-high four rebounds (Feb. 11, Feb. 26)… Made his collegiate debut at Finlandia (Nov. 17) and scored two points with one rebound. 

Albany High School: Noreen was a 1,000-plus point scorer for Albany High School, guiding the Huskies to a 23-3 record his senior season...All three of AHS losses came to the eventual class AA state champions New London-Spicer...He was a three-year starter for the Huskies, garnering all-conference and co-conference most valuable player honors his senior year...Noreen was also named to the 2010 Minnesota Associated Press All-State Boys Basketball Team and the St. Cloud Times All-Area Team...He is a member of the Minnesota Comets AAU program...Noreen is a three-sport athlete, also competing in football (all-state as a senior) and track.

Personal: He is the son of Jon and Lynette Noreen...Born May 18, 1991....He is majoring in sports management with a minor in business administration...Zach comes from an athletically-rich family with numerous ties to the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference...His two sisters Joanne (2005-2009) and Jennie (2008-present) played/play for the women’s basketball team at Minnesota State University, Mankato who earned the Division II National Championship in 2009...His brother Seth currently plays football at St. Cloud State University...His father, Jon, is the head girl’s basketball coach at Albany High School.
