BSU hockey Select-A-Seat Night/pre-priced surplus sale set for June 1
BEMIDJI, Minn. --  The 2011-12 collegiate hockey season is just over four months away, but Bemidji State University and its men’s and women’s ice hockey programs are already inviting you to be a part of the action.

Great season-ticket seats still remain, new seat locations are available for 2011-12 and Wednesday, June 1, BSU and Beaver Pride are hosting Select-A-Seat Night at Sanford Center.

Gate 2 will be open from 5-8 p.m. providing potential season-ticket holders an opportunity to view which seat locations are available for the upcoming season, to stock up on BSU gear at the Beaver Dam Store and to get a behind-the-scenes look around Sanford Center--one of the premier venues in collegiate hockey.

Bemidji State Athletic staff, Beaver Pride leadership and Sanford Center Box Office staff will be on hand to provide information about ticket prices, Beaver Pride membership benefits and event parking.

Season-ticket packages begin at $295 per seat and include 17 women’s hockey games, 19 men’s hockey games and any home Western Collegiate Hockey Association (WCHA) playoff action played at Sanford Center in 2011-12.

Those unable to participate in Select-A-Seat Night can call Jake Bluhm in the Beaver Pride Office at (218) 755-2827 for more information or to purchase 2011-12 season tickets.

Current season-ticket holders must contact Jake Bluhm to renew their ticket packages by June 1 to reserve their seat locations.

In conjunction with Select-a-Seat Night, BSU will be holding a pre-priced surplus sale in the south concourse of Sanford Center from 5-8 p.m.  New and used equipment will be for sale at a price to move. The BSU Foundation will also have a large selection of memorabilia for sale, including framed photos, team pictures, framed articles, Beaver hockey signs, etc.
