BEMIDJI, Minn. – When the Bemidji State University and No. 7/8 University of North Dakota men’s hockey teams hit the ice for their non-conference series finale Saturday in Grand Forks, N.D., Bemidji State fans across the region will be able to watch the game live form the comfort of their own living room. Midcontinent Communications has picked up the game and will broadcast on Midoo Sports Network.
Local Midcontinent subscribers can tune into Saturday night’s game in Standard Definition on channel 26 and or channel 622/624 for the High Definition broadcast.

The Beavers, now 11-6-5 overall and 8-4-4-2 in WCHA play, are in the midst of a nine-game unbeaten streak and have won their last six games. Holding down fourth place in the WCHA standings, BSU now shifts its focus away from WCHA play as it goes head-to-head with the No. 7/8 North Dakota in a non-conference, home-and-home match up, this weekend. The Beavers host the series opener at 7:07 p.m. tonight before traveling two hours west to Grand Forks, N.D. for Saturday’s series finale. The opening face off is set for 7:07 p.m. at Ralph Engelstad Arena.
