The Beavers (9-10-3; 7-6-1-0 WCHA) are back at Sanford Center this weekend for the first time since Dec. 14 when they host the University of Alaska (4-14-2; 4-9-1-1 WCHA) in a two-game WCHA series. The teams open the series with a 7:07 p.m. opening face off Friday before dropping the puck at 5:07 p.m. Saturday.

The Beavers, who are returning from a road trip during which they went 1-2-1 at the Air Force Academy and Bowling Green State University, are sixth in the league standings. They look to make a move back into contention to host the first round of the WCHA Playoffs this weekend. Bemidji State has just one loss in their last nine meetings with the Nanooks (6-1-2).

Tickets are still available for each game of the series and begin at $12. Visit the Sanford Center Box Office between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday-Friday to get yours.
