3/25/2010 - MEN'S ICE HOCKEY Beaver Pride and the Alumni Office to host men's hockey viewing party

BEMIDJI, Minn. -- The Bemidji State men's hockey team will play University of Michigan in the first round of the NCAA Midwest playoffs this Saturday at 6:30 pm central time.  FSN has agreed to pick up the broadcast rights from ESPN and will show the Bemidji State / Michigan game upon the completion of the University of North Dakota / Yale game, which begins at 4:00 pm.

For those who want to watch the game with other BSU fans, Beaver Pride and the Alumni Office will be hosting a viewing party at the Hungry Bear Banquet and Conference Center.  Doors open at 6:00 pm and cost is $10 per person.  We will provide hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar and lots of green and white!

The Hungry Bear Banquet and Conference Center is located at 2300 24th Street NW right behind the Home Depot.

If Bemidji State wins Saturday, BSU will take on the winner of the Miami / Alabama Huntsville game on Sunday at 7:00 pm central time.  That game will be broadcast on ESPN - U

As always, both games will also be broadcast locally on Mix 103.7 or web streamed on www.kkbj.com.
