Saw time in all 38 of Bemidji State’s games in 2011-12... Finished fourth on the team in scoring with 23 points (9g-14a)... Quickly established himself as an offensive threat and solidified himself as the Beavers’ top line centerman early... BSU was 12-3-1 when he recorded a point and was 5-1-1 when he scored a goal in 2011-12... Led the Beavers to a 5-3 victory over then-No. 1 Miami (10/7/11) with two goals and an assist... Logged six multi-point games as a junior... Posted his second multi-goal game of the season, which including netting the equalizing goal in a  6-6 tie with St. Cloud State (12/2/11)... Scored game-winning goals in back-to-back games... The first came versus Alabama-Huntsville (12/17/11) with another in the Beavers’  4-1 win over Bowling Green (12/30/11)... Assembled a three-game multi-point scoring streak beginning with a two-assist night at Nebraska-Omaha (2/4/12)... He followed with a goal and an assist in each game of the series sweep versus then-No. 10 Colorado College (2/10-11/12)... Was named as CollegeSports360.com Primetime Performer Honor Roll following the series (2/14/12)... Finished the season netting four points in BSU’s final four games (1g-3a)... Was second on the team among forwards with 20 blocked shots... Posted a +2 plus/minus rating... Was a member of the 2012 Academic All-WCHA Team... Earned a spot as a WCHA Scholar Athlete.

2010-11 / Sophomore
Laced up his skates for the Beavers’ final 36 games of 2010-11... Scored a career-high five goals as a sophomore... Registered his first point of the season in a 3-0 triumph over Nebraska-Omaha (12/3/10)... The assist was followed the next evening by the first game-winning goal of his career (12/4/10)... Assembled a career-long three-game scoring streak Jan. 7-14, 2011... After logging an assist in BSU’s 3-1 win at Alabama-Huntsville (1/7/11), he scored his a goal in the series finale (1/8/11) and posted an assist in a 2-2 tie at Nebraska-Omaha (1/14/11)... Scored the first game-tying goal of his career at Michigan Tech (2/11/11)... Collected goals in back-to-back games for the first time in his career March 4-5 versus Minnesota... His plus/minus rating of +5 was tops on the team... BSU was 3-2-3 when he recorded a point.

2009-10 / Freshman
Was a staple on Bemidji State’s fourth line... Appeared in 29 games... Made his collegiate debut in the season-opener (10/9/09)... Logged his first point at BSU the following evening (10/10/09) scoring an unassisted goal to help BSU to a 7-3 victory over Air Force... Registered a point in each of the Beavers’ Subway Holiday Classic games (11/27-28)... He contributed an assist to Bemidji State’s 3-2 victory over No. 1 Miami (Ohio) and scored the third goal of his rookie campaign the following afternoon versus Ohio State... Added a helper in the Beavers’ 6-1 victory over Niagara in the final game at the John S. Glas Fieldhouse (2/20/10)... BSU was 5-1-0 when he contributed a point.

Prior to BSU
McLeod came to Bemidji State after playing two seasons in the Central Junior Hockey League (CJHL)... In 2008-09 he piled up 28 goals, 41 assists for 69 points to finish as Ottawa’s leading scorer and rank 16th in the CJHL... McLeod recorded at least a point in 43 of 58 games, 21 multi-point efforts... Assembled a 13-game scoring strand stretching from Nov. 27, 2008 to Jan. 14, 2009, which included nine goals and 14 assists... A proven special teams threat, nearly 36-percent of his junior hockey points came on the power-play (16-37=53) with seven goals and 21 assists in 2008-09 alone... A native of Ottawa, Ontario, McLeod was a veteran of the CJHL... He posted 52 points (20g-32a) for the Jr. Senators in 2007-08 before being traded to Brockville for a playoff run... The centerman posted 11 goals and 15 assists in 20 games for Brockville helping the Braves to a post-season berth.  In five playoff contests, he rolled up five assists, with two coming on the power play, before the Braves fell to Smiths Falls and exited the playoffs.
