5/3/2010 - ATHLETICS Co-ed summer basketball camp announced for grades 1-6

BEMIDJI, Minn.  -- The Bemidji State men’s and women’s basketball coaching crews have come together to offer a co-ed fundamentals camp, open to boys and girls in grades 1-6, August 2-4.

The camp will instruct younger players on the fundamentals of basketball in a small group setting. Campers will be taught new skills and how to improve existing abilities in a fun environment while sharing their common interest in basketball with kids their age.

Cost of the fundamentals camp is $50. The registration fee also includes a T-shirt and instruction from Bemidji State coaches and players. The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. everyday in the BSU Gymnasium. Advance registration is strongly recommended, but walk-ups will be accepted.
