BEMIDJI, MINN. - Head coach Kim Falkenhagen announced the schedule for the 2003 Bemidji State Volleyball Clinic today, held on the 20th of July.

“ The goal for all participants is to have fun and in the meantime, enhance their skills and knowledge of volleyball,” Falkenhagen said.

The $20, three-hour clinic includes instruction and advice from Falkenhagen and several members of the Beaver volleyball team. There will be skill development as well as some game participation. Immediately following the event, everyone is invited to eat pizza with the BSU squad. Everything will begin at 2:00 p.m. at the BSU Gymnasium. For all your questions, you may contact KIm Falkenhagen at 218-755-3784.

The Beavers ended the 2002 season 11-17 overall, 8-10 in NSIC play, a marked improvement from the 2001 squad which finished 8-23 overall and just 4-14 in the conference. Highlighting the season was a six-match home winning streak that was an extension from the 2001 season. It was the longest since the Beavers won eight consecutive from Oct. 1, 1988 - Oct. 12, 1989. There was also a three-match overall winning streak which was the longest since BSU won four straight from Oct. 28, 2000 - Nov. 10, 2000.
