Bemidji State University and Northwest Technical College have combined forces for a collaborative renovation project. Students in the NTC construction program are gaining practical experience and course credit for designing and building 123 wood lockers in a major redesign of the BSU football and volleyball programs' locker room.

The Bemidji State University volleyball program will host five Winter Volleyball Clinics for grades 6-12 from Jan. 8, 2012 to March 11, 2012. All clinics will be held at the BSU Gymnasium from 2-4 p.m. The cost of the camps is $35 for the first clinic attended and $5 for each clinic thereafter.
The Bemidji State Univeristy volleyball team announced the addition of Courtney Fox (DS, Hutchinson, Minn.) to a National Letter of Intent in the early signing period. Bemidji State University was picked 12th in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Preseason Volleyball Coaches’ Poll for the second-consecutive season. The Beavers finished the 2010 season with a 12-16 (6-14 NSIC) mark which placed them in a tie for 10th place in the final conference standings. In his second year at the helm of the BSU program, Wayne Chadwick will be tasked with replacing seven players from the 2010 squad including six seniors, all of whom played a vital role in the Beaver rotation in Chadwick’s first season.
