The 2019-20 Bemidji State University women’s basketball schedule was released today by head coach Chelsea DeVille. The Beavers open the season Nov. 1, 2019 with an exhibition followed by the official season opener Nov. 15 at the University of Sioux Falls Classic in Sioux Falls, S.D.

The NSIC announced an expanded broadcast partnership with Midco Sports Network® for the 2019-20 academic year. MidcoSN will air 51 live NSIC events, which includes two Bemidji State football games as well as potential women’s or men’s basketball and volleyball postseason contests.

The Bemidji State University women’s basketball team’s run in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Tournament came to a close Saturday night during an 85-57 loss to St. Cloud State University at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D. Early turnovers put the Beavers, who finish the season with a 6-22 record overall, in an early hole that was added to by efficient shooting by the Huskies.
The 2018-19 season continues for the Bemidji State University women’s basketball program as it heads to the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D., for the first time ever to face regional rival St. Cloud State University. The Beavers and Huskies will be the third tournament game on the docket Saturday, March 2 with tip-off scheduled at 5:30 p.m.
