NSIC Championships ahead for Bemidji State cross country

BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University cross country team will compete in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference championship Saturday.

The 6,000-meter race will be held at the Les Bolstad Golf Course in Falcon Heights, Minn. and will begin at 10 a.m. The race features 15 league member teams competing for individual and team championships.

The Beavers finished in sixth place at the Bob Waxlax Invitational on October 9. Senior Nicole Crummy placed 20th with a time of 23:12.2 while junior Jane Austin finished 41st with a time of 24:15.4.
