LAKE ELMO, Minn. (Tartan Park GC) -- Bemidji State University women's golf team carded a 342 (+54) to finish seventh at Concordia University Invitational Monday at the par-72, 5,934-yard Tartan Park Golf Course in Lake Elmo, Minn.
The Beavers recorded a 330-342—672 (+96) place the team 52 strokes off the led set by Augustana College (305-315—620/+44) and in the middle of the 16-team field.
Individually, Grand Valley State University’s Kelly Hartigan climbed out of fourth place after day one, to card a final round one-over-par 73 to finish at five-over-par (76-73—149) and claim medalist honors by one stroke over Augustana’s Emily Kvidera (74-76—150).
Individually, Monica Wold (Fr., Crookston, Minn.) led the Beavers on day two posting a 79 (+7) and finished in 15th place with an 82-79—161 (+17).
The Beavers are back in action this weekend as they travel to Marshall, Minn. to compete in the SMSU Mustang Invitational.
