BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University women’s golf team continues its spring season this weekend when it travels to Coon Rapids, Minn. and Bunker Hills Golf Course for the Minnesota State Invitational. The 36-hole event will begin with 18 holes Saturday morning, with the championship round set for Sunday.
BSU is coming off an eighth-place finish at the UIU Spring Invitational, April 2-3. The Beavers, who finished 102 strokes off the pace at 191-over-par, (389-378—767), where led by Katy Woelfel, who finished the 36-hole event tied for 19th place at 37-over-par (92-89—181).
The event will serve as the Beavers’ final tune up before the spring portion of the NSIC Championships, April 23-24.
