BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University women’s golf team travels to Waterloo, Iowa March 30-31 to compete in the Upper Iowa University Invite. BSU will play at the Sunnyside Golf and Country Club in Waterloo, Iowa.
The Beavers are coming off of a fifth-place finish at the Southwest Minnesota State University Spring Challenge in Avondale, Ariz. The Beavers scored a combined 657 (322-335), 81 over par. Freshman, Kalley Wagner set a career multi-round best with 155 and tied for fifth place. Junior Erica Gartner tied for 20th with a first round of 79 and second round of 85, for a combined total of 164. Lauren Stockmoe also placed in the top 30, marking 78 and 89 for a total of 167 and a 28th place finish.
The Beavers follow the weekend by traveling to Sioux Falls, S.D., Apr. 13-14 to play in the Augustana Invite, which will be played on the par-72 Prairie Green Golf Course.
