WCHA Women's Commissioner Aaron Kemp to step down

The Western Collegiate Hockey Association today announced that Women's Commissioner Aaron Kemp has resigned to pursue other professional opportunities, effective immediately. WCHA Men's Commissioner Bill Robertson has been named Interim Commissioner and will assume overall leadership and supervision through the remainder of the women's 2015-16 NCAA Division I hockey season.

Bilic named to Canada's National Development Selection Camp roster

Bemidji State senior defender Ivana Bilic has been selected to participate in Hockey Canada’s National Women’s Development Team Selection Camp, Aug. 6-10, in Calgary, Alberta and has her eye set on making her home country's national team.


Bemidji State's Gordy Skaar Memorial Golf Tournament set for June 19

The 38th Annual Gordy Skaar Memorial Golf Tournament presented by Wells Fargo is set for June 19 at Bemidji Town and Country Club in Bemidji, Minn. and it’s not too late to participate. Registration materials for men and women are now being accepted for the event to benefit Bemidji State University’s Athletic Scholarship Fund.


Bemidji State reveals 2015-16 women’s hockey schedule

The Bemidji State University women’s hockey team announced its 2015-16 season schedule Monday with the Beavers looking to build upon their record-setting 2014-15 campaign. Bemidji State will begin its regular season hosting Robert Morris University at Sanford Center on Sept. 25-26.
