BEMIDJI, Minn. – In the latest USCHO.com national poll, the Bemidji State University women’s hockey team remained at No. 6. The Beavers (6-2-2, 3-2-1 WCHA) held their highest ranking in program history despite going 0-2-0 this past weekend at No. 3/2 University of Wisconsin.
The University of Minnesota retained their ranking as the top spot, while Boston College, Wisconsin, and Clarkson remained the second, third, and fourth ranked teams, respectively.
Bemidji State has made an appearance in the ranking every week this season, and has been ranked for eight weeks in-a-row, starting on March 2, 2015.
The Beavers return home this weekend and host St. Cloud State University at Sanford Center for a Western Collegiate Hockey Association series.
