Kate McArthur is in her second year as a graduate assistant soccer coach for Bemidji State. McArthur is a 2009 graduate from Davis & Elkins College located in Elkins, W.Va. Hailing from Elkins, W.Va., McArthur was a four-year starter for her college playing in the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. She garnered All-Conference honors all four years and was named conference Rookie of the Year in 2005. In the summer of 2009, McArthur traveled to Chile with Charlotte Lady Eagles (N.C.) to volunteer time working with and coaching youth soccer players. McArthur graduated in 2009 with a degree in physical education with certification for k-12. She holds her National D coaching license issued by the United States Soccer Federation. Her previous coaching experience inludes coaching a local high school girls club team as well as the Valley Soccer Academy, ages 5-18. ![]() |
