Fodness adds Bellew for 2015 season

Bemidji State University head tennis coach Mark Fodness has announced the addition of recent Bemidji High School graduate Caludia Bellew for the 2015 season. Bellew played for Fodness at BHS, a team he has coaches since 1986.

Prout named to All-NSIC Honorable Mention Team

Shaylin Prout (So., Thunder Bay, Ontario) of the Bemidji State University tennis team has been named to the All-Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Team today in an announcement by the league. BSU sophomore was selected singles honorable mention in a poll of the NSIC's head coaches.

Green & White event raises more than $104,000 for BSU Athletics

More than 400 attendees and 100 Bemidji State University student-athletes gathered at the Sanford Center Saturday night for the inaugural Green & White Dinner and Auction to Benefit BSU Athletics. Net proceeds from tickets, bids on auction items, as well as other activities, totaled more than $104,000 and included individual donations totaling $21,800 to “Build a Scholarship.”

Fodness adds six to tennis roster for 2013-14 season

The Bemidji State University tennis program announced the addition of six student-athletes to its roster. Deanie Hatch, Mikela Kowatsch, Ana Markgraf, Shaylin Prout, Justine Scheller and Abby Vohaska will all join the head coach Mark Fodness in 2013-14 for his second season at the helm of the BSU tennis program.
