The Bemidji State University track and field team will travel to Superior, Wis. to compete in the Twin Ports Invite, hosted by University of Wisconsin-Superior. Events are set to begin Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Lydia Thering Fieldhouse.
Newcomer Alexandria Coleman earned a pentathlon title to lead the Bemidji State University track and field team as it opened its 2016-17 indoor season at The Opener, hosted by the College of St. Scholastica. The senior won two of the five events to earn a 40-point victory.

The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC) is excited to announce that it will celebrate its 25th Anniversary during the 2016-17 academic year. The year-long celebration will lead up to July 1, 2017 when the league will turn 25 years old. As part of the event, the NSIC has unveiled its 25th Anniversary logo, which will be used as the league's official logo during the next 12 months.
Bemidji State University graduate and former women’s track and field and cross country standout Jayne Dusich will join seven others inducted into the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Hall of Fame, Wednesday, July 12 at the Best Western Kelly Premier in Burnsville, Minn. as a part of the league’s 17th Annual Summer Kickoff event.
