2012 (Jr): Saw the field in four games and made his first collegiate start at quarterback at Sioux Falls Sept. 22... Through the air he went 11-for-18 with two interceptions... Totaled 94 yards (23.5 yards per game), which included a career-long pass of 18 yards... Left the pocket and rushed 22 times for 68 yards to finish seventh on the team in rushing yards... Averaged 17.0 yards per game and recorded a season-long rush of 28 yards... Finished fifth on the team in total offense with 162 yards (40.5 yards per game).
Against Sioux Falls, Hass recorded career-highs in passing, as he went 10-for-17 for 85 yards and two interceptions... Rushed 15 times for 54 yards - both of which established career-bests - versus the Cougars.
2011 (So): Lined-up behind center in six games... Went 2-for-3 with zero interceptions and 20 yards passing... Rushed eight times for 82 yards and a touchdown... Completed his first collegiate pass on his first collegiate attempt at Upper Iowa (Oct. 1) for four yards... Went 1-for-2 at U-Mary (Oct. 22) for a season-long 16 yard connection... Rushed five times for 42 yards against Southwest Minnesota State (Sept. 17)... Scored his first collegiate touchdown on a 35-yard rush against MSU Moorhead (Oct. 15).
2010 (Fr): Saw the field in one game, against Upper Iowa (Oct. 2), taking three snaps behind center.
2009 (RS): Sat out entire season as a redshirt.
Prior to BSU: A captain of the Wolves’ football team in 2008... Picked All-West Central Conference, All-Section 6AAA and all-area honorable mention as a senior... Was nominated for an academic all-state award... Earned all-conference honorable mention honors in 2007... Amassed 2,529 career passing yards with 30 touchdowns, adding 13 more and 452 yards on the ground... A three-sport athlete at Milaca High School, is also a two-time ice hockey letter winner and a two-time all-conference honorable mention pick on the baseball diamond.
