2010 (Jr): Played in all 11 games as the team’s primary punter and field goal kicker... Earned All-NSIC Second Team honors for his efforts on special teams... Punted the ball 53 times to total 1,869 yards and average 35.3 per punt... Had four touchbacks, 15 punts fair caught, 11 inside the 20 and booted the ball 50-yards or more five times... Finished second on the team (overall) and eighth in the NSIC (kicking) in scoring with 48 points... Went 6-for-7 in field goals to rank ninth in the NSIC in field goals per game and 30-for-32 (93.8%) in extra points to sit fourth in the conference in point after percentage.
Was named NSIC Special Teams Player of the Week (second career honor) after kicking a career-high three field goals (36, 28, 26), including a game-winning 26-yard kick with 21 seconds remaining in regulation, scoring 11 points (career-high) and punting six times for 258 yards (41.7 yards per punt) against U-Mary (Oct. 23)... Kicked a 36-yard field goal in the game to establish a career-long... Punted the ball 58 yards to establish a season-high... Became the first BSU kicker to kick three field goals in a game since 2000.
Punted 11 times for 394 yards (35.8 yds/punt) against Augustana (Sept. 11), four punts were fair caught, three were inside the 20 and one was 53 yards... The 11 punts against the Vikings were the most by an NSIC punter in 2010... Totaled more than 100 punting yards in nine of 11 games... Made 23-yard field goal at Minot State (Aug. 26), 24-yarder against Upper Iowa (Oct. 2) and had a 22-yard make against Minnesota, Crookston (Nov. 13)... Only miss was a 37-yard attempt at Southwest Minnesota State (Sept. 18).
2009 (So): Took over the punting and place-kicking duties on a full-time basis seeing action in all 11 2009 contests... Earned Second-Team All-NSIC laurels as a punter and earned a spot on the Academic All-NSIC team.. His 52 points scored, or 4.7 points per game, placed him fifth among his NSIC kicking counterparts... He finished the 2009 campaign making 40 point after attempts on 50 tries and converting 4-of-6 field goal tries... He averaged 53.4 yards per kickoff, posting a touchback in the final game of the season (11/7/09)... In addition he booted 40 punts for an average of 36.7 yards per punt to seat himself sixth in the NSIC... He recorded a touchback, forced six fair catches and pinned his opponents inside their own 20 yard line on 13 occasions...Successfully booted 38 punts before having one blocked at Concordia-St. Paul in the season finale (11/7/09).
Assembled a streak of 21 consecutive extra PATs converted stretching from 8/28/09 to 10/3/09... Was 2-for-3 in field goal attempts at Minnesota State (9/5/09), kicking a career-long 34-yard field goal in overtime... Established a new career single-game high six PATs in a 6-for-6 effort at Northern State (9/26/09)... Booted a 34-yard field goal versus MSU-Moorhead (9/19/09) to match a career mark set two weeks earlier... Was tabbed NSIC Special Teams Player of the Week for his efforts... Posted a pair of 50-plus yard punts in the same game, including a career-best 61-yard bomb to put the Dragons on their own 15 yard line.
2008 (Fr): Shared the kicking and punting duties with all-region kicker Paul Potemra as a freshman... Saw time in six games... Finished the season six-for-six on point after attempts... Totaled 23 punts for an average of 35.7 per kick... He placed five punts inside his opponents’ 20 yardline and had a touchback... Also handled kickoff duties with an average of 53.2 yards per kick.
Made Collegiate debut Sept. 6 versus Minnesota State with a 34-yard punt... Booted a season-high nine punts, including a career-long 49-yarder at MSU-Moorhead (9/20/08)... Missed his only field goal attempt (36 yards) in the same game... Averaged a season-best 41.2 yards on five punts and was a perfect three-for-three on PAT attempts at Minnesota Duluth (10/25/08).
Prior to BSU: Helped lead Stephen-Argyle to a 54-0 record and four consecutive state championships during his high school career... Ranks second all-time in Minnesota high school history with 151 successful point after touchdown kicks... Holds school record for longest field goal at 46 yards... 2006 Section 8 Special Teams Player of the Year... Also lettered in track, golf and basketball... Coached by Mark Kroulik...
