2010 (Jr): Played in six games, including the last three, as a reserve on the offensive line.
Was a part of an offensive line that paved the way for a Beaver offense that averaged 187.1 yards per game and scored 16 touchdowns on the ground... The unit opened holes for running back Dustin Kroeplin who averaged 80.2 yards per game and rushed for 200 yards against Northern State (10/30/10)... The BSU running attack went over 200 yards five times, including twice over 300 yards... Protected quarterback Derek Edholm as he averaged 144.1 yards through the air and connected with BSU wide receivers for 15 touchdowns... Was an effective piece of a Beaver squad that was second in the NSIC in red zone offense, scoring 35-of-39 (89.7%) times inside the opposition’s 20 yard line.
2009 (So): Saw time in three games starting at left guard at Minnesota, Crookston (10/17/09).
Filled role on a young, maturing offensive line that set the tone for an offensive unit that ranked fourth in the NSIC in scoring, averaging 33.5 points per contest, was fourth in rushing offensive gaining 189.4 yards per game and led the league in third down conversions, converting 79-of-158 (50 percent)... The BSU offensive unit led the NSIC in time of possession dominating the line of scrimmage for nearly 34:00 per game... They cleared room for eight 100-yard rushing games, including six by Dustin Kroeplin, a redshirt freshman that came just 48 yards shy of clearing the 1,000-yard plateau... The line also protected quarterback Derek Edholm who lead the league in pass efficiency completing over 61 percent of his passes, for nearly 1,700 yards, while throwing 25 touchdowns.
2008 (Fr): Played in six games as a reserve lineman in 2008.
Was part of a offensive front that paved the way for the BSU rushing attack to average nearly 100-yards per game in 2008... The unit protected Derek Edholm, who completed a BSU single-season best 65.2-percent of his pas attempts, setting a BSU mark with 193 completions... The young offensive line matured together down the stretch blocking for a ground game that posted over 150 yards in three of the last four games as the Beavers closed out the season winning three of four.
Prior to BSU: Earned two letters in football at Appleton East... Helped Appleton East post 295 yards rushing against Oshkosh North as a senior... Two-time letterwinner and state qualifier in power lifting... Coached by Pat Schwanke
