2011 (Fr): A true freshman recruited as a running back, Harris moved to defensive back and special teams... Totaled eight tackles (six solo) in 10 games played... Intercepted one pass... Finished third on the team in special teams tackles with seven, six on kickoff and one on punt coverage... Blocked two field goal attempts.
    Made his collegiate debut at No. 16 Augustana (Sept. 10) and posted his first collegiate tackle against No. 11 Minnesota Duluth (Sept. 24)... Recorded an interception and a solo tackle on kickoff coverage at Upper Iowa (Oct. 1)... Posted two tackles on two occasions... Totaled two solo tackles and blocked a 29-yard field goal attempt at Minnesota, Crookston (Nov. 11)... Posted two tackles (one solo) against MSU Moorhead (Oct. 15)... Blocked a 37-yard field goal attempt at Northern State (Oct. 29).

Prior to BSU: Harris was an all-conference performer his junior and senior seasons and earned all-area honors his senior year... Recorded more than 80 carries for 550-plus yards and 10 touchdowns his senior year... Is the younger brother of Napoleon Harris, who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Oakland Raiders, Minnesota Vikings and Kansas City Chiefs... Was a high school teammate of current BSU freshman redshirt Brent Kondziolka.
