2011 (Jr): Played in all 11 games at wide receiver and on special teams with one start at wideout... Posted seven receptions for 45 yards... Totaled four carries for 53 yards and a touchdown... Tallied 98 all purpose yards (8.9 yds/gm)... Recorded one tackle on punt coverage... 2011 Fall Academic All-NSIC.
    Rushed twice for a career-high 31 yards, including a career-long rush of 25 yards for his first-career rushing touchdown... Caught one pass for a season-high 16 yards and added a tackle at U-Mary (Oct. 22)... Started against Minot State (Aug. 25) and rushed twice for 22 yards and caught two passes.

2010 (So): Played in 10 games, starting five... His seven receptions went for 45 yards and one touchdown... Returned nine kickoffs for 167 yards... Totaled 212 all-purpose yards... Recorded one solo tackle against Upper Iowa (Oct. 2) for his first-career tackle... Was a 2010 Fall Academic All-NSIC Team member.
    Caught two passes for 14 yards, which included an eight-yard touchdown against Concordia-St. Paul (Oct. 9), adding a season-high 80 kickoff return yards on four attempts... Brought down one pass for a season-high 12 yards against Augustana (Sept. 11)... Recorded a season-high three receptions against U-Mary (Oct. 23) for 13 yards... Returned two kickoffs for 40 yards, including a 26-yard return that tied a season-high.

2009 (Fr): A true freshman, Metz saw time in each of the Beavers 11 games in 2009... Used talents to bolster the BSU run, pass and kick return attack... Carried the ball 11 times for 34 yards... Hauled in 11 receptions for 131 yards and a pair of touchdowns... Also served a the Beavers’ primary kick return threat fielding 16 kick offs and returning them for an average of 19 yards per kick.
    Was on the receiving end of a pass in his collegiate debut (8/27/09)... Fielded a season-high four kick offs at Minnesota State (9/5/09)... Rattled off a season-long 47-yard kick off return versus St. Cloud State (10/3/09)... Gained 12 yards on six carries debuting versus Wayne State (10/10/09)... Hauled in two passes for 40 yards and his first collegiate touchdown at Minnesota, Crookston (10/17/09)... Caught a touchdown pass the following week as one of two receptions versus Minnesota Duluth (10/24/09)... Carried the ball four times gianing 17 yards, including a season-best eight-yard scamper, at U-Mary (10/31/09)... Also caught two passes for 42 yards,  including a 2009-best 31-yard reception.

Prior to BSU: An 11-time letter winner at Cambridge-Isanti High School... A three-sport standout... Started three years on both offense and defense for the Bluejackets... A three-time All-Mississippi 8 Conference selection... Picked to the Section 7AAAAA team in 2007 and 2008... Recognized as a member of the all-state honorable mention team as a senior... Voted Mississippi 8 Most Valuable Defensive Back in 2007 and followed that with the league’s most valuable receiver award in 2008... A three-year starter on the CIHS basketball team... Was a member of the Bluejackets’ 2008 Minnesota State Tournament squad... Named most valuable track and field athlete in 2007 and 2008... Was a Minnesota State Meet qualifier in the long jump... Four-time football academic all-conference pick... Earned academic all-conference honors three times in both basketball and track and field.
