Prior to BSU: Led Rocori High School in passing and rushing before a season-ending injury after just five games his senior year… In those handful of games he went 57-for-88 (64.8%) through the air for 624 yards and eight touchdowns and rushed for 564 yards and crossed the goal line nine times… Was an integral part of the Spartans’ run to the 4A State Championship in 2011… Served as the back-up quarterback and went 13-for-22 for 158 yards, while he compiled 316 yards and four touchdowns rushing with 211 receiving yards and three scores… In the state semi-final game, Mueller posted 74 yards and two touchdowns receiving and rushed for 26 yards and a score… Mueller also played basketball for the Spartans.
