2017 (Sr.): Selected to 2017 NSIC North Division All-Conference First Team Offense... Played in all 11 games for BSU... Helped drive BSU’s 35.3 points per game, which ranked third in the NSIC... Beavers offense also ranked third in the league with 202.5 rushing yards per game and fourth with 396.5 total yards per game... Finished career on a 33-game start streak... Selected by the NSIC coaches as the 2017 Glen Galligan Award recipient... 2017 Fall Academic All-NSIC Team.
2016 (Jr): Played in all 12 games for the Beavers... The Beaver offense ranked second in total offense (523.8) and ranked first in the NSIC for scoring offense totaling 547 points and averaging 45.6 per game... Finished third in both rushing yards per game (230.2) and passing yards per game (293.7)... Third in the conference in 4th-down conversions (54.2%)... Played in the 2016 Mineral Water Bowl game where the Beavers beat Washburn 36-23, being the first team in program history to win a post-season game... Named to the 2016 NSIC All-Conference Second Team Offense and the 2016 Fall Academic All-NSIC Team.
2015 (So): Was named to the 2015 Academic All-NSIC Team... Played in 10 games… Bemidji State’s offense ranked seventh with 30.9 points per game and 10th with 411.2 total yards per game… The unit finished in the top 10 in first downs per game (6th, 22.3), rushing offense (7th, 190.9 per game), third-down conversions (9th, 40%) and passing offense (9th, 220.3 per game). Special teams ranked in the top 10 in kickoff returns (4th, 22.6 yards), kickoff average (5th, 46.5 yards) and field goals made (6th, 11).
2014 (Fr): Started all 11 games on the offensive line.
2013 (RS): Redshirted.
Prior to BSU: A three-time academic all-star in football and baseball at Wadena-Deer Creek High School, Krause was named All-Prairie North Conference Honorable Mention at the conclusion of the 2012 season… Anchored the offensive line for a quarterback that ranked third in Class AA with 852 rushing yards and eight touchdowns and completed 76-of-166 pass attempts for 758 yards and five touchdowns… Has earned nine varsity letters while playing football, baseball and hockey for the Wolverines… He also garnered All-Mid State Conference and All-Section 6A laurels on the baseball field.
Personal: Born June 4, 1995… Son of Jon and Mary Krause… Plans to major in exercise science.
