2015 (Jr): Named to the 2015 NSIC North Division All-Conference First Team Offense... Played in 11 games recording 50 receptions for 477 receiving yards and two touchdowns… Rushed 15 times for 27 rushing yards… Recorded a career high 111 kick return yards and a 75-yard kick return at Southwest Minnesota State (Sept. 12)... Scored a touchdown in the 2016 Mineral Water Bowl game where the Beavers beat Washburn 36-23, being the first team in program history to win a post-season game... 2014 (So): Played in ten games, starting six at wide receiver and kick returner... As a dual threat, Richard brought in 512 receiving yards, second on the team, on 33 receptions and 83 yards rushing on 12 attempts... Had two receiving touchdowns including a 52 yard touchdown versus Sioux Falls (Sept. 13)... Led the team with 462 kick return yards including a 49 yard return versus Northern State (Nov. 15)... His 462 kick return yards where third most in the conference... Led the team with 1,057 all-purpose yards which was ranked tenth in the conference... Had five games of 100+ all-purpose yards with an average of 105.7 yards per game... Had a career high nine receptions at Upper Iowa (Sept. 20) where he had 79 yards receiving... Had a career high 177 all-purpose yards versus Northern State (Nov. 15) where he brought in five receptions for 74 yards, one touchdown and four kick returns for 104 yards.
2013 (Fr): Played in 11 and started four games at wide receiver as a true freshman… Brought down nine receptions to tie for fifth on the team and totaled 117 reception yards to rank fifth on the squad… Scored two touchdowns… Averaged 13 yards per catch, 10.6 yards per game and posted a season-long reception of 40 yards… Totaled three carries for 66 yards… Recorded a season-long rush of 29 yards… As a primary kick returner, fielded a team-high 14 kickoffs for a team-best 261 yards… Averaged 18.6 yards per return and went for a season-long 31 yards… Finished third on the team in all-purpose yardage (442 yards), tied for fourth in scoring (12 points) and sixth in total offense (64 yards)… Fielded one punt... Prior to BSU: All-conference in both football and track at Schaumburg High School… Named all-conference for his abilities at cornerback and wide receiver his senior year… Was also named all-area after brining in more than 300 yards receiving and five touchdowns… Honored as an all-conference performer at corner as a junior… Posted two kick returns for touchdowns (96 and 89 yards) in one game as a junior… Earned the all-sectional championship in the 200-meter dash as a junior and is a all-conference, all-section and all-state performer as a senior.
