2014 (RS): Sat the season as a redshirt.

Prior to BSU: Lettered in football and baseball for the Lakeville South High School Cougars… Was captain his senior year, a two year starter and lettered three years in football… Played in nine games his senior season with 23 tackles, one interception and one fumble recovery… Also returned seven punts for 89 yards with an average of 12.71 yards per return and a return long of 52 yards.

Personal: Was high school teammates with current BSU teammate Alex Hoffman at Lakeville South High School.
