ST. JOSEPH, Mo. (St. Joseph CC) – The Bemidji State University men’s golf team wrapped up the fall portion of its 2012-13 season with a final round in the Missouri Western State University Invitational Tuesday at the par-71, 6,582-yard St. Joseph Country Club.
BSU sophomore John Hafdal (Prior Lake, Minn.) carded his third consecutive 76 to finish 15-over-par (228), finish tied for 41st individually and lead the BSU men's golf team to a tie for 17th place in the 20-team field.
Eric Kline's of Central Oklahoma led from wire to wire and finished the event as the only participant in the 100-player field to finish under par. His 67-70-73—210 (-3) was good for a five stoke advantage or medalist honors, while guiding COU to a 21-stroke victory for the team title.
