BSU golfers head south to compete in UIU Invite

BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University men’s and women's golf teams are headed south to Maravia, Iowa this weekend seeking warmer weather and playable course conditions at Honey Creek Golf Club for the 2013 Upper Iowa University Invitational.

The UIU Invite serves as the BSU women's team's spring opener, ending a nearly five-month hiatus, while the BSU men's team is coming off a seventh-place finish at the Wayne State College Spring Invitational last weekend in Wayne, Neb.
