BEMIDJI, Minn. – Both the Bemidji State University men’s and women’s golf teams have cancelled their respective tournaments over the weekend due to cold temperatures and bad weather.

The BSU men’s golf team were to host a dual with Concordia College-Moorhead at the Bemidji Town and Country Club but were unable to relocate the meet. The women’s team were to spend Friday in Council Bluffs, Iowa at the Fox Run Invite but had their meet cancelled as well.

The men’s team will begin postseason play next and will spend three days in Smithville, Mo., to compete in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championships, April 13-15. The Beaver women will try to play in the Minnesota State Invitational in Coon Rapids, Minn., depending on weather, April 14-15 before the NSCI Championships April 20-22.
