BEMIDJI, Minn. – The Bemidji State University men’s golf team continues its fall season by traveling to Owensboro, Ky., to participate in the Kentucky Wesleyan Panther Invitational at the Pearl Club, Sep. 29-30.
The Beavers are fresh off their first team title of the season after finishing first at the King’s Walk Invite with a season-low team score of two-under par, 574 (289-285). Seniors Will Czeh and Chris Swenson each tied for second at the invite with scores of six-under par, 138.
Czeh leads the Beavers with a scoring average of 71.2 this season which is also the lowest average in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. Swenson follows with a 73.8 scoring average and is eighth in the NSIC.
