2016-17 (Junior): Named to the 2017 Spring Academic All-NSIC Team... Competed in one event during the 2016-17 season and shot a low round of 82 at the St. Cloud State Invitational and tied for 33rd individually.

2015-16 (Sophomore): Named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team… Took part in seven events and 12 rounds with an average score of 80.4… Finished within the top 20 twice… Shot a season-low 74 in the second round of the 2015 Huskies Invite Sept. 28… Participated as an individual at the BSU Invitational, finishing with rounds of 79 and 78 for 16th place overall.

Bishop Carroll High School: Martensson is a 2013 graduate of Bishop Carroll High School in Calgary, Alberta and has been active on the Canadian Junior Golf circuit as he prepared for collegiate golf... In 2013 he competed in the Canadian Junior Boys’ Championship as well as the Alberta Amateur... He also posted an 11-over-par (224) in the MJT-PGA of Alberta Junior Championship, to finish 12 stokes off the lead to take eighth place in the junior boys’ division... In addition, Martensson competed in the 2012 Alberta Open... Martensson has also been active on the Future Collegians World Tour over the past two seasons... On the tour, he has made the cut in each event he has played, which includes tying for 26th place in the Junior Golf Tournament at Hunter Ranch in Paso Robles, Calif., April 5-6... He has an 80.8 scoring average in 2013-14.
