Bemidji State’s hockey opener postponed due to power outage

DULUTH, Minn. – The Bemidji State University men’s hockey team’s 2015-16 season-opener at (2/3) University of Minnesota Duluth, originally scheduled 7:07 p.m. tonight at AMSOIL Arena in Duluth, Minn., has been postponed.

Due to an afternoon power outage at AMSOIL Arena and deteriorating ice conditions, the game will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon date later this season.

The second half of the home-and-home series will go on as planned tomorrow. Opening faceoff is set for 7:07 p.m. at Sanford Center in Bemidji, Minn.
