Serratore previews Bemidji State's upcoming WCHA match up with No. 11 Minnesota State

BEMIDJI, Minn. -- Bemidji State head men's hockey coach Tom Serratore looks ahead to the No. 15 Beavers' upcoming WCHA match up with No. 11 Minnesota State.

The Beavers, now 8-2-0 overall and 8-0-0 in WCHA play travel to Mankato, Minn. for a top-15 match up with the Mavericks.  The series will get underway fomr the Verizon Wireless Center at 7:07 p.m. Friday with a 7:07 opening faceoff set for Saturday's series finale.

Bemidji State holds a 50-48-13 advantage in one of the Beavers' most storied rivalries. With that said, the Mavericks have controlled the series  in recent years, taking 19 of the last 25 meetings between the teams, which includes three of four meetings a year ago.
