BEMIDJI, Minn. -- Bemidji State University Men's Hockey Head Coach Tom Serratore and senior co-captain Tommy Muck previewed a Western Collegiate Hockey Association home series with Michigan Tech Tuesday as the team begins a stretch run to the playoffs.

MTU opens the weekend with a 15-12-5 edge in the rivalry, but BSU is 9-7-0 when hosting the series in Bemidji and enters the series having won the last two games between the teams.
The Beavers look to continue their success at home this season as they host the Huskies this weekend. BSU is 7-1-2 at Sanford Center and has averaged 4.50 goals per game, while allowing 2.00.
The Beavers and Huskies get the two-game set underway from Sanford Center at 7:07 p.m. Friday evening and will wrap the series up Saturday in a game scheduled for a 6:07 p.m. opening face-off.
Tickets for each game of the series are still available and begin and just $12, with a newly added youth ticket price set at $8 for kids ages 3-13 available only at the Sanford Center Box Office.
