2011-12 / Junior
Played in 37 games as a junior... Missed only the final game of the 2011 calendar year when BSU hosted Bowling Green (12/31/11)... Finished 2011-12 ranked sixth on the team in scoring with 22 points... Recorded single-season career-highs in goals scored (9) and assists (13)... His nine goals tied him for fourth among his teammates, while he was third on the team with 13 assists... Scored in five of the Beavers first six games stretching from Oct. 8 to Oct. 22 (2g-5a)... Recorded the first of five multi-point games and established a new career-high with a pair of assists at Colorado College (10/15/11)... Followed up with the first of three multi-goal efforts of 2011-12 in a 6-5 victory over Michigan Tech (10/21/11)... Netted a goal and an assist at Denver (1/13/12)... Scored two goals, including an empty-net marker in a 4-2 victory over then-No. 10 Colorado College (2/10/12)... Logged his second three-point game of the season leading BSU to a 5-4 victory with two goals, including  his only game-winner of 2011-12, and a helper in the season finale at Alaska-Achorage (3/3/12)... 2010-11 / Sophomore
Saw time in 21 games as a sophomore... Was dressed for the Beavers’ 2010-11 season-opener (10/15/10)... Logged an assist in a 3-2 triumph over then-No. 4 Nebraska-Omaha (12/3/10)... Contributed to a 3-2 victory over Ferris State in the first game of the Mariucci Classic (12/31/10) with his second assist of the season... Was whistled for his first collegiate penalty at Alabama-Huntsville (1/8/11)... Served just two minutes in the penalty box in 33 games played... Unleashed a career-high four shots on goal at Nebraska-Omaha (1/14/11)... Scored his first goal as a sophomore and the fourth of his collegiate career as the Beavers defeated Colorado College 2-1 (2/19/11)... BSU was unbeaten (2-0-1) when he recorded a point in 2010-11... Was named as a 2011 WCHA Scholar Athlete... Earned a spot on the 2011 Academic All-WCHA Team.

2009-10 / Freshman
Played in 12 games during his freshman campaign... Was dressed for the Beavers’ 2009-10 season-opener... Opened the new year with the best game of his career... In just the fourth outing of his freshman season, Orban led the Beavers to a 4-3 victory at Niagara netting a pair of goals, including the game-winner, and an assist (1/16/10)... Extended his scoring string to two games by collecting a goal in BSU’s 4-1 nonconference triumph over then-No. 4 Minnesota Duluth (1/22/10)... BSU was 2-0-0 when he scores a goal.

Prior to BSU
Orban, a three-year veteran forward for the Olds Grizzlys of the Alberta Junior Hockey league (AJHL), skated in 201 games and piled up 84 goals and 123 assists for an impressive 203 points as a Grizzly... A proven scorer, Orban had his most productive season in 2008-09... He accumulated 47 goals and 48 assists in 76 games to lead his team and rank fourth in the league in total points (95), which included 19 goals on the power play and four short-handed tallies... His total of 47 goals ranked second in the AJHL, while his 48 assists seated him ninth among his league counterparts... Highlights of the 2008-09 season included: 28 multi-point efforts, three times piling up four points in a single game... March 16, Orban led the Grizzlys to a 7-1 playoff victory over the Okotoks Oilers with a season-best three goals and an assist... Dec. 16, the forward put up a season-high three assists, which included helping on the game-winner in a 7-3 victory over the Brooks Bandits... He also added a goal in the game.
