Recorded seven goals, including a power-play tally, and eight assists for 15 points, all career-highs, and 68 shots... Led BSU to a 5-3 victory at Princeton (11/22/17) with two goals... Netted a career-high three points (2g-1a) in a 4-2 win at Michigan Tech (2/9/18)... Posted his first collegiate game-winning goal at Ferris State (1/19/18)... Was a key member of a penalty-kill unit that led the WCHA and finished the regular season third in the country at .879... Earned a spot on the WCHA All-Academic Team.
2016-17 / Junior
Skated in 39 of the Beavers 41 games... Put up six points on the season including his lone goal in a 2-1 win over Minnesota State (2/24/17)... Recorded 28 blocks on the season... Had a career high with 2 assists and tied a career high with 2 points in a 4-2 win over Michigan Tech (2/3/17).
2015-16 / Sophomore
Played in 36 games... Registered four points (3g-1a) to set career-highs in each mark... Posted his first collegiate assist in a win over Alaska Anchorage (1/8/16)... Notched a career-high in goals and points scoring two goals leading towards a sweep at Alaska Anchorage (1/9/16)... Had 41 shots on goal... WCHA All-Academic Team.
2014-15 / Freshman
Appeared in 21 games as a freshman... Scored first collegiate goal in win against Bowling Green (1/30/15)... Recorded 19 shots on goal, posting a season high of four at Michigan Tech (2/6/15).
Prior to BSU
Jordan Heller was a two-year veteran of the Aberdeen Wings of the NAHL. In two seasons for the Wings, Heller totaled 73 points (30g-43a) in 113 games. In 2013-14, Heller served as an assistant captain for the Wings, and was the second leading scorer on the team with 21 goals and 28 assists for 49 points in 53 games.
A native of Bemidji, Heller was a standout forward for Bemidji High School, scoring 29 points (11g-18a) in 25 games his senior season in 2011-12, receiving the honor of Team MVP. Heller led the Lumberjack squad to a 14-11 record.
Jordan Heller was born to Steve and Peg Heller on June 27th 1994... Jordan is a Business Administration major... Heller is just the second Bemidji High School graduate to suit up for the Beavers in their Division 1 era, following Brad Johnson (1999-2001).
